You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. You must ensure your listings are lawful, accurate, and do not violate any applicable laws. You must not post content that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
4. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited: listings involving minors, trafficking, non-consensual activities, fraudulent content, spam, or any illegal services. Violating listings will be removed immediately and the account banned.
5. Age Verification
All users must be 18 years or older. By using this site you confirm you are 18+. We are not responsible for users who misrepresent their age.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Love Buggs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any contact made through listings. All interactions between users are at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
